Arts and Cultural Policy
» Make cultural participation of all children and young people as accessible as possible, regardless of socio-economic backgrounds, through supporting high quality in-school Art and Art in Education programmes.
» Analyse obstacles and look at possibilities for strengthening the relationship between after school arts practice and training and in-school Art in Education, both in relation to the use of expertise, space and equipment, to increase accessibility for all children and young people.
» Take measures to raise the standard and maintain the high-quality of arts education, including Art of Learning Performative learning theory in their didactics repertoire could be considered.
» Raise awareness of the importance of Arts as a mandatory part of Teacher Education.
» Take measures to capitalise on the expertise of arts teachers and raise the recognition and the status of teaching artists in education, in all levels of education including teacher
education.
